Cancellation Policy

All appointments needing to be canceled or rescheduled require a 48 hour notice. If proper notice is not given you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Clients will also be required to pay a non refundable booking fee for all future appointments in the amount of half of your estimated booking total. No call no shows will only be rescheduled if the amount of the missed appointment is paid in full Any future appointments will require a non refundable booking fee in the amount of half of your estimated booking total. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be modified. In the event your tardiness would interfere with the next appointment and needs to be canceled you will be charged 50% of the canceled appointment. Cancellation fees are not used as payment for future appointments! In the event you are unsatisfied with a service you have received, I allow 72 hours from the time of your appointment to reach out with any concerns. An appointment to come in within 48 hours of this correspondence is required so that I may assess and offer a “redo”, if the issue is with my work. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued due to time and product already spent doing a service. *”Redo’s” are minor tweaks to what was previously done at the appointment.
